Due to the limited number of participants, registrations are subject to availability. bCancellations after May 01, 2025 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the participation fee. Cancellations after May 15, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund of the participation fee. We expressly reserve the right to make changes that are beyond our control, as well as necessary changes to the program. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event up to three weeks before the event date if circumstances arise that make it impossible to hold the event. In this case, no participation fees will be charged and any fees already paid will be refunded.
